This October, in honor of breast cancer awareness month, Effingham JC Penney is giving away free haircuts and styles to all breast cancer survivors. They will donate $1 for every free cut and style they give to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Phone 347-7998 or stop by JC Penney to schedule a free October appointment while they last. |
