Just in time for the election Ryan Ervin, adjunct Lake Land College instructor, returns to the Effingham Public Library, on Tuesday, November 1st at 6 p.m. to talk about the history and importance of the Electoral College and its place in the upcoming election. This talk is part of the “Illinois Speaks” funded by the Illinois Humanities Council. Registration Required.
