Effingham Man Involved in Crash in City

An Effingham man escaped injury in a crash along Keller Drive in Effingham Monday night.

City police say a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Todd P. Arnold left the roadway and struck and damaged two signs, one owned by House of Guitars and one owned by Crossroads Bank.

Arnold was cited for DUI and improper lane usage.

The crash happened at 9:43pm.
