City Police Investigate Thefts from Two Vehicles

Effingham city police are investigating thefts from two vehicles early Sunday morning.

Both burglaries occurred between 12:43am and 3:01am while parked at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital.

Stolen from a vehicle owned by Brooke Roley of Effingham was a purse and billfold, Social Security card, two credit cards and an undetermined amount of cash.

Stolen from a vehicle owned by Jill Spour of Effingham was a doll house, a camera, a Nintendo system and a phone charger.
