Farina resident Jarod Parker has been sentenced to two years in prison.

The 25-year-old Parker was given the prison time after being arrested on counts of driving while his license is revoked and for repeat DUI offenses.

He was arrested in October of 2011 and placed on probation and given jail time.  He was arrested on a petition to revoke his probation in May of 2012, and was given the prison term by Judge Sherri Tungate during a court appearance on Tuesday.
