Effingham Man Sentenced to Prison on Drug Charge

An Effingham man is headed to prison on a drug charge.

27-year-old Michael Julius pleaded guilty to a count of possession of controlled substance.  Julius, who has done previous prison time for similar offenses, was given a three-year sentence Thursday and must pay fines and fees.
