Governor Quinn is facing another setback in his plan to close Murray Developmental Center in Centralia.

Quinn had hoped a judge would toss out a lawsuit asking that the center remain open, but the judge did just the opposite.  Judge Marvin Aspen says Quinn hasn't proved his case that closing the facility will save money.

The Murray Parent's Association filed suit against the State because they don't want their loved ones moved into community care.  Murray is home to the state's most severely disabled people and, according to the parents they won't survive without the care and services offered at Murray.
