Effingham Man Dead; No Foul Play Suspected

An Effingham man was found dead Friday, police say no foul play is suspected.

Effingham County Coroner Duane Guffey was called to a rural location in western Effingham County Friday afternoon at the request of the Effingham County Sheriff's Department. 26-year-old Steven Habing was found dead.

The investigation continues by the Coroner's Office along with Illinois State Police Crime Scene Services and Effingham County Sheriff's Department.
