Effingham Midland States Bank Employee Honored

Midland States Bank announced that Kelsey Rubin, Commercial Sales Assistant based in Effingham, has been named a 2024 One Midland Club honoree—the company’s highest employee recognition.

Rubin joined Midland in 2022 and has shown exceptional growth in a short time. She began as a Universal Banker at the Vandalia Branch and now serves as a Commercial Sales Assistant supporting Midland’s commercial clients out of the Effingham Branch.

The One Midland Club is the Bank’s highest employee distinction, awarded annually to five team members who exemplify Midland’s culture and core values. Chosen from peer and customer nominations, each winner receives a $5,000 award.
