A district judge has sentenced a Centralia man to 125 months (more than 10 years) in federal prison for possessing three firearms as a convicted felon in three separate incidents with police.

According to court documents, Bennett was convicted as a felon in possession of a firearm in Marion County Circuit Court in 2020, further barring him from legally possessing firearms. He was later found on three separate occasions with firearms in his possession.
