The National Weather Service office in Lincoln has compiled the storm damage reports in our region from the system that rumbled through Friday night and early Saturday morning.

The most dangerous storm of the evening went through extreme northern Cumberland and much of Coles Counties where a tornado was confirmed on radar.

The storms festered until around 3am Saturday, when activity weakened and shifted east into Indiana.

Preliminary findings determined there were three tornadoes. One EF-2 started south of Neoga and ended a couple miles south of the Coles County Airport, and two EF-1 tornadoes, one that was short and located roughly three miles north of Mattoon, and the other in Paris.

Here's a synopsis of other storm reports from Friday night and Saturday morning:

12:02am--thunderstorm and wind damage one mile east of Neoga

12 midnight--thunderstorm and wind damage in Neoga, where a porch and portion of the roof were torn off a home

11:55pm--a funnel cloud three miles northwest of Watson

11:55pm--a funnel cloud four miles northwest of Watson

12:02am--semis blown over on I-57 one mile northeast of Neoga
