South 4th Street Closed Friday, Next Two Weeks

Fourth St. in Effingham will be closed from the Ron Diehl Center to the South entrances of the Village Apartments and East Hendelmeyer from 4th St. to the North entrance of the Village Apartments,  Friday March 7th from 7AM to 4PM.

The closure will then resume Monday March 10th at 7AM and will be closed until Friday March 21st.

Both the North and South entrances to the Village Apartments will remain open.
