Brownstown Board Approved Agreements, Act on Personnel Matters

Brownstown school board members agreed that the district would serve as administrative agent for the Fayette County Early Childhood block grant for the coming school year; approved intergovernmental agreements with alternative education programs and with Lake Land College; approved the school calendar for the coming school year; and approved an amended calendar for the current school year due to use of a snow day.

The Board employed Susan Elliot as a high school teacher for the coming school year and employed Todd Elliot as a junior high teacher for the coming school year. Also, Lively, Mathias, Hooper and Noblet were employed as the district's auditor for the past fiscal year's books; approved a demolition project on storage space at Brownstown Elementary School; and approved the 2025 sequence of honorable dismissal list.
