50th Annual IAMP Convention in Effingham

The Illinois Association of Meat Processors are holding their 50th annual convention this week, and it's taking place in Effingham.

The 2025 Convention and Trade Show runs today through Saturday at the Keller Convention Center and Holiday Inn.

Today's activities are highlighted by a pre-convention bus tour. Friday events will include educational sessions, product show, trade show and social events. Saturday activities will include the IAMP annual meeting, trade show, educational sessions and will culminate with a banquet and a special 50th Anniversary Celebration.
