Plan Commission Approves Two Subdivision Plats

The Effingham City Plan Commission Tuesday approved two subdivision plats.

One is the Scott Huelsing Subdivision. The 10-acre development is located along Althoff Avenue and will serve as the new home for Farm Credit Illinois. The banking facility will build a new home, moving from their current location along Route 40 between Effingham and Teutopolis.

The other plat is of the seventh addition to American Way Industrial Park in the Effingham Business Park. The site is at the corner of Pike Avenue and Raney Street. The use of the development was not announced.
