Prison Terms Received by Five Defendants in Fayette County Cases

Prison terms have been received by five defendants in Fayette County criminal cases.

46-year-old Joseph D. Monical of Louisville pled guilty to unlawful possession of weapons by a felon. Monical has been sentenced to three years in prison.

55-year-old Tommy G. Sheppard of Brownstown pled guilty to two counts of criminal damage to property in two separate cases. Sheppard was sentenced to two years in prison on each count to be served concurrently. 

33-year-old Eric M. Sidwell of St. Elmo pled guilty to unlawful delivery of controlled substance. Sidwell was sentenced to eight years in prison.

59-year-old Jose A. Lopez of Las Vegas, NV pled guilty to unlawful delivery of cannabis. Lopez was sentenced to five years in prison.

35-year-old Michael S. Pizzo of Vandalia pled guilty to domestic battery with a prior conviction. Pizzo was sentenced to two years in prison.
