Dieterich Board Approves Library Grant, Okays Student Indivdual Participation in Track and Field

Dieterich school board members Monday accepted the district's annual library grant from the Illinois Secretary of State's office; renewed membership in the Dieterich Business Association; and amended the school year calendar to reflect use of an emergency day on January 7.

The Board approved individual participation for a Dieterich High School student in IHSA track and field; and acted on personnel matters. Those hired were Alli Schmidt as assistant high school cheer coach, Callaway Campton as assistant athletic director, and Chelsea Icenogle as an aide. 

Resignations were accepted from Liza Kuhl as custodian and from Hayley Pals as high school Student Council sponsor, and from Teresa Benefiel as high school English teacher as of the end of the school year.
