Chamber First Friday Luncheon Provides Economic Forecast

Those attending the Chamber First Friday Luncheon got some insight in a variety of areas heading into 2025.

The Effingham County Economic Forecast included a financial forecast from Christo Schultz of Midland States Bank, and information on the housing market from Chris Etter with Re/MAX Key Advantage. Updates were also provided on growth in both Effingham City and County from County Board Chairman Josh Douthit and City Economic Development Director Todd Hull.
