Jasper Board Passes Coming Year's Tax Levy

Jasper County board members have passed the tax levy for the coming fiscal year.

The Board also approved an increase in fees for the County Clerk and County Recorder offices.

Members were updated on voting for a Jasper County flag. The design contest continues until January 6. Votes can be cast online at jaspercountyillinois.gov or in person at the County Clerk's office, the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce office, or the Newton Public Library.
