Altamont, Strasburg Announce Lighting Contest Winners

Two area communities have announced the winners of their Christmas Lighting contests.

In Altamont, the first prize of free electricity for the month of December went to Scott and Nikki Beck of 11 Fairlane Circle. Second prize of 50% free electricity for December went to Brian and Jane Lustig at 208 East Meadows Lane. Third prize of a $50 cash prize went to Clayton and Kristen Barnick of 200 East Wurl Lane.

In Strasburg, first place went to Joe and Sheila Stratton of 308 North Chestnut. Second prize went to Jared and Caralea Smith of 2 York Drive. There was a tie for third prize between Josh and Danielle Storm of 5 York Drive and Michelle Hinterscher of 403 East North 3rd Street. The winners will receive credit on their sewer bill.
