One Injured in Crash at Interstate Onramp

One person was injured in a crash at the I-57/70 interchange at Keller Drive Monday morning.
State police say the crash occurred at 10:50am when a car merging onto the interstate struck another car trying to merge.
The driver of the merging car, 41-year-old Rebecca Russell of Pana was injured and was taken to St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment. The other driver, 52-year-old Anne Thomas of Windsor, was not injured.
