Cowden-Herrick school board members this month agreed to dispose of an excess bus, to purchase new fifth and sixth grade basketball jerseys, and to approve a senior class trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee from April 30 to May 3, 2025.

Board members granted a maternity leave for Kendall Fulk; accepted a retirement notice from Doug Koester at the end of the 28-29 school year; employed Mercedes Baylis as junior high cheer coach, and approved Randy Heckert as volunteer junior high boys basketball coach.
