Public Test of County Election Equipment Set for Friday

As the election draws near, a mention that a public test of election equipment will take place this week.

Effingham County Clerk Michelle Kollmann, the county's chief election authority, said a public test of the Precinct Tabulation Optical Scan Technology Equipment and Program used by Efingham County for the General Election on November 5 will be conducted on Friday, October 25, at 9am. The test will take place on the first floor of the Effingham County Office Building at 101 North 4th Street in Effingham.
