Stew-Stras School Board Okays Budget, Maintenance Building Extension

Stewardson-Strasburg school board members approved the budget for the new fiscal year.

The Board this week also approved an extension of the district's maintenance building at a cost of $122,952.13. 

Board members approved splitting the Eco Club stipend between Jennifer Barker and Brock Friese and splitting the Drama Club stipend between Sara Long and Drew Hansen.

Austin Wittenberg was approved as volunteer varsity boys basketball coach, and discussed pay for sports officials.

The Board approved the district policy concerning bullying, intimidation and harassment, and approved two facility usage requests...for PTSA Music Bingo and for 3rd grade basketball.
