The Dieterich board purchased a portable fence for the softball field for $1,000, and renewed membership in the Association of Illinois Rural and Small Schools.

In personnel moves, the Board hired Gabe Jackson as custodian, Marli Michl as elementary student worker, Shanna Matteson as Unit office assistant, and Brittany Wimberly as substitute bus driver. The Board also approved a memorandum of agreement with the Dieterich Education Association, adding positions: assistant athletic director, assistant high school cross country coach, assistant junior high cross country coach, and assistant high school cheerleading coach.
