Mid America Motorworks Celebrating 50th Anniversary

Mid America Motorworks of Effingham is celebrating a milestone...50 years in business. 

The founder of Mid America...Mike Yager...will celebrate the anniversary with Funfest for Corvette 2024 in September. This year's event will involve Road Tour Day on September 20th and the Funfest on September 21st. 

The road tours will head to the Illinois Old State Capitol in Vandalia at 9am, to Kenny Yager's Corvette Shop in Newton for a question and answer session at 11am, and to Tuscan Hills Winery at 1:30pm for a variety of activities.

Funfest will take place on the Mid America campus north of Effingham along US Route 45. The day will include expert seminars, a 1999 Corvette Funfest Time Capsule opening, and a My Corvette Story showcase. Find out more at www.corvettefunfest.com
