Schedule for Saturday, Final Day of 2024 Effingham County Fair

Saturday is the final day of the 2024 Effingham County Fair at Altamont.

Here's the final day schedule:

7:15-7:45am--horse check-in

8am--Class U meat goats released

8am--horse exhibitors meeting

8:30am--4-H and junior horse show

10am--4-H and junior pygmy goats released

9:30-noon--COPS--Kids and Teens Day (Effingham County School Resource Officers)

2-7pm--carnival open..."last blast"wrist band day

6:30pm--Demolition Derby

A reminder that we will have a final report on 4-H results from the fair on Monday morning at 8:45am on KJ Country 102.3 and www.kjcountry.com.
