Andrew Koester is the Effingham Noon Rotary president for 2024-2025.

Koester was sworn in at the annual Rotary changeover on July 3. He succeeds Beth Debolt, an owner of Culver's Frozen Custard and Butterburgers of Effingham, as Noon Rotary president.

Koester and his wife, Olivia, are the parents of three children. He is an attorney with Taylor Law Offices and also served as Clay County State's Attorney.
