Today is Zip Code Day in Dieterich

Today is the "once in a lifetime" Zip Code Day in Dieterich. June 24, 2024 coincides with Dieterich's zip code of 62424 and the community is celebrating this evening.

Activities will begin at Liberty Park at 4pm and will include food trucks, kids carnival games, a sidewalk chalk contest, a big human 62424 town photo and live entertainment by the Rock-it Dawgz. 

Around 6:24pm, the drawing will take place for a $62,424 cash prize will take place. If there are tickets left, they will be sold beginning at 4pm at the park.

Be sure to stop by the Dieterich Post Office today to get the commemorative postmark. Special complimentary Zip Code Day postmarks are available at the post office and several locations around town.
