Teutopolis village board members Wednesday agreed that funds for upcoming projects are available and that those projects can move forward.

An upgrade of the village's Comprehensive Plan is one of those projects. Village Clerk Amy Vahling and Courtney Yockey of The Alliance are working together on the project and the Village may go out for Requests for Proposals in June. There could also be some research on TIF services. The Board also expects to consider seeking bids on road oiling at their next meeting.

There was further discussion on moving the sidewalk at Plot Twist, and the Village might contact Milano and Grunloh Engineers for other options. The Board also voted to purchase a radar gun using donated funds from a Back the Blue event, and voted to allow Teutopolis for Tomorrow to schedule this year's Garage Band Music Night for August 17.

The Board also voted to release any claim on Todd and Allison Mette's lot in Prairie View Subdivision. There are seven more lots left in the subdivision.
