LLC Honors Recognition Ceremony

Lake Land College honors students and members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society were recognized at a recent banquet on campus.

During the event, Isaac Kocher of Ingraham was named Honors Student of the Year.

Those nominated for Honors Student of the Year included area students Gwendolyn Fain of Neoga and Michelle Hoyos of Effingham.

Phi Theta Kappa from the area recognized as Distinguished Officers included Vice President Elizabeth Cable of Brownstown and Treasurer Gwen Fain of Neoga.

Those area students recognized during the event as this year's Honors Program graduates included Elizabeth Cable of Brownstown, Gwen Fain of Neoga, Adelyn Hagy of Watson, and Breanna Shull of Dieterich.
