St. Elmo Board Approves Administrator Contracts

St. Elmo school board members this week approved five-year contract extensions for Travis Portz as district superintendent and for Brian Garrard as high school principal.

The Board also accepted resignations from Lisa Bain and Logan Mahon as of April 15, from Holly Borah as of the end of the school year; and from Kim Jones as of April 19. The Board also purchased the property at 518 West Second Street in St. Elmo, and approved the salaries for the bookkeeper and maintenance supervisor for the coming school year.

St. Elmo board members also approved Cassidy Awalt as school counselor and Zachary Townsend as junior high softball coach.
