2024 National Day of Prayer Breakfast in Effingham Set for May 1

The 2024 National Day of Prayer Breakfast will be observed in Effingham on Wednesday, May 1. 

The event will start at 7:30am at the Thelma Keller Convention Center. The guest speaker will be local historian and retired educator Delaine Donaldson. Greg Sapp and Steve Raymond will lead the music.

The breakfast is free, but everyone attending will need a ticket. The tickets can be picked up at the studios of Classic Hits 979 WXEF and KJ Country 102.3 at 206 South Willow Street, or at Tom Henderson State Farm Insurance at 122 East Section Avenue.

A love offering will be received. The funds collected will go to Enduring Freedom Ministries.
