Work on Eastbound I-70 Today and Saturday

Howell Paving will start placing barrier wall on I-70 between Effingham and Montrose in the east bound lanes today.

Crews will be working this Saturday also. It is expected that the barrier wall will take all next week to get in place.

Traffic will be on the east bound driving lane and outside shoulder. Howell will be working in the east bound passing lane setting the barrier wall.

There will be no closed lanes in the west bound lanes.
