Eight-Year Prison Sentence for Clay County Burglary to Business

An eight-year prison sentence was returned for a burglary of a business in Clay County.
34-year-old Trevor Lindemann of Olney was sentenced Friday for the February 2 break-in to Vic's Cafe at Wendelin. Lindemann will be placed on a year's mandatory supervised release once out of prison.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office conducted the burglary investigation.
Clay County State's Attorney Phillip Givens said, "We will continue to hold people accountable for their actions as we continue to work with our law enforcement officers to keep our community and businesses safe."
