Dieterich Board Approves Additional Cemetery Work

Dieterich village board members approved additional repairs at the village cemetery.

The Board contracted with Efffingham Monument Company for cemetery headstone work at $120 per hour per employee for materials, equipment and labor. 

The project has gone on for the past few years. The work is designed to keep the headstones well-maintained.

The Board approved three change orders on the Wright Family Center project. The work covers two concessions stand doors and donor signage additions at a total cost of just over $12,000.

Board members also discussed wages for summer employees. The numbers will be finalized in the annual appointment ordinance in May.
