St. Elmo School Board Approves Capital Projects

St. Elmo school board members approved a couple of capital improvements at this week's meeting.

The Board hired Allred's Flooring Service to refinish the high school gym floor and approved Vandalia Asphalt Service to oil and chip the high school parking lot.

Board members also approved membership in the IHSA for the coming school year; approved the annual South East Purchasing Cooperative agreement; and approved St. Elmo FFA to attend the National Land and Range Judging Contest in El Reno, Oklahoma.

In personnel moves, the St. Elmo board hired Lauren Schoreck and Skyann Evans as elementary teachers for the coming school year.
