Bailey Encourages Residents Don't Forget to Vote in Tuesday's Primary

12th District Congressional candidate Darren Bailey was through Effingham Thursday reminding residents to vote in the primary election on March 19.

Bailey said that the primary is a key in the 12th District race and in many other contests.
