Trump's Name Remains on Illinois Primary Ballot for Now

At least for now, Donald Trump's name remains on the Illinois primary election ballot

Judge Tracie Porter issued an updated order, further staying her decision until an appeal "is fully and finally resolved" by an appellate court or either the US or state Supreme Court.

Trump's name will remain on the ballot throughout that process.

Porter had ruled earlier this week that Trump's name should not remain on the ballot, but stayed the implementation of her order until Friday to allow the ruling to be appealed.
