Noon Rotarians Learn About Pinky's

Effingham Noon Rotarians learned more about Pinky's at their meeting February 28.

The owner of Pinky's, Kevin Schultz, was on hand to discuss the startup of the Lake Sara-based business. He also discussed the domes that were used until recently to extend the dining season.

Schultz also reflected on the involvement of his sister and his parents in the food business.
