Three Local Schools Fare Well in IDTA Competition

Three local schools were among those competing at the 45th Illinois Drill Team Association State Finals, held Saturday.

St. Anthony won first place in Jazz A Division competition.

Effingham fnished in third place in the Lyrical Flag AA Division competition.

Teutopolis finished in third place in Open Pom A Division competition.

In Solo Flag competition, Chloe Blackwell of Effingham finished fifth, while Ellie Macklin of Effingham finished in seventh place.
