Bost Votes for Mayorkas Impeachment; Bailey Says He Would've, Too

Local Congressman Mike Bost voted in favor of the impeachment of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas Tuesday.

Bost's primary opponent Darren Bailey said that he would have voted for the impeachment. Bailey released a statement on the action, saying, "I would have been at the forefront, advocating for this necessary action from the start of this nonsense." Bailey termed Mayorkas "disastrously inept."
