Visiting Angels Homecare of Effingham and Champaign Counties and their surrounding 19 counties in Illinois has been recognized by Reputation, a global leader in reputation performance management, with its 800 Award for going above and beyond in delivering on brand promise by listening to and acting on feedback from their consumers.

Reputation only presents the 800 Award to businesses after collecting, analyzing and applying consumer feedback, and verifying the information that the business has gone above and beyond in delivering on brand promise by listening to and acting on feedback from their consumers.

“In a world where consumers are making purchasing decisions based on what they see and hear in their local communities and online, delivering on brand performance is more important than ever and Visiting Angels Homecare has demonstrated its commitment to evolving alongside its customers by prioritizing their needs and taking action based on what they are saying across online reviews, rating pages and on social media,” said Liz Carter, Reputation’s Chief Marketing Officer. “On behalf of Reputation, I extend an enthusiastic congratulations to Visiting Angels Homecare of Effingham and Champaign Counties and their surrounding areas in Illinois for its commitment to understanding consumer feedback and acting on it across the 19 Illinois Counties they serve.”

Rose Ruholl, owner of the Visiting Angels Homecare of Effingham and Champaign Counties said, “Our focus is not on the growth of the business but more so on the quality of care our agency offers to those we have the privilege to serve. I feel my caregivers whom we call “Amazing Angels” and office staff along with myself have been blessed to have the opportunity to make a positive difference in so many people’s lives by having the desire to do something good for others while at the same time making a positive difference in our communities. Caregiving has been extremely humbling for me and all my Amazing Angels and we feel it is our responsibility to lessen our client’s burden and provide families with peace of mind, as well as a way to allow our Seniors and Veterans to continue to live in their homes."
