Three individuals have been sentenced to prison time in Clay County Circuit Court.

The individuals are Nicole Keller, 32, of Flora; Charles Workman, 40, of Louisville; and Jeremy Tibbs, 47, of Fairfield.

Clay County State's Attorney Phillip Givens said Keller was on probation for retail theft and forgery. Petitions to revoke her probation were filed in November, alleging that Keller failed to report to Probation. She admitted to the violations in court this week and was sentenced to two years in prison.

Givens said Workman was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He pled guilty on Monday and was sentenced to five years in prison.

Tibbs was on probation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. A petition was filed earlier this month to revoke his probation, alleging that he failed to report as directed, failed drug tests, and failed to complete substance abuse counseling. He was sentenced Monday to four years in prison.

The investigations were conducted by the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Flora Police Department, and the Clay County Probation Department.
