Windsor District to Share Security Officer w/Stew-Stras District

Windsor school board members have approved a part-time school security officer intergovernmental agreement with the Stewardson-Strasburg school district for the coming school year.

Windsor Superintendent Erik VanHoveln said the officer will be shared 50/50 by the two districts, with the two superintendents meeting every week or so on how the officer will be utilized.

The Windsor board also adopted a number of new or revised board policies, and decided to keep closed session minutes closed.

In personnel moves, the Windsor board approved volunteer coaches: Kevin Corrie for junior high boys basketball, Joshua Porter for bass fishing, and Paige Stremming for junior high volleyball.
