Teutopolis Superintendent Matt Sturgeon outlined for school board members Monday the Illinois State Board of Education process and potential timeline for the Board to consider a food service management company.

The Board also accepted the resignation of Holly Sarchet as high school head cook and hired Kelly Swingler to replace her, hired Kendra Alsop as a high school cook, and increased Kelly Niemerg's work as a high school cook from five hours to six hours. Board members also hired Amy Oseland as junior high school Scholar Bowl assistant coach, and hired two student workers.

The Teutopolis board accepted a proposal from Upchurch Group of Mattoon to complete the 10-year health/life safety survey, and discussed a self-evaluation. The Board also voted to keep past closed session minutes closed.
