Paige Van Dyke About to Conclude Her Reign as State Fair Queen

Paige Van Dyke is in the home stretch of her yearlong reign as Miss Illinois County Fair.

Paige will meet her successor this weekend at the 2024 Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention in Springfield. The new queen will be crowned on Sunday night and will reign over the 2024 Illinois State Fair and DuQuoin State Fair.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Paige will be headed back following the weekend to Stillwater, Oklahoma to complete her final semester at Oklahoma State University. She is completing her degree in Ag Communications with a minor in Special Education. Paige's goal is to establish agriculture programs for people with special needs.

As is shared in the interview, not only will the new queen be chosen, but the Talent Show winners will be selected and county fair officials will consider what entertainers they would like to perform at their venues this summer.
