Effingham Noon Rotarians learned about the Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation at a recent meeting.

Alex Pleasant, the Executive Director of the Foundation, is also a Noon Rotarian and shared with his fellow Rotarians the success seen by local residents and organizations through investments in the Foundation.
