Agracel Names COO, CSO

Agracel Incorporated has announced the promotion of Mark Keller to Chief Operating Officer.
Keller has served as Agracel's Executive Vice President and Direction of Construction. In addition to his new role, Keller will continue as Director of Construction.
As Chief Operating Officer, Keller will oversee all development operations for Agracel including the company's satellite offices in South Carolina, Alabama, Ohio and Tennessee.
Prior to joining Agracel 2015, Keller had over 11 years of experience in civil consulting engineering and project management in the Greater St. Louis area.
Keller, a native of Newton, is a graduate of SIU-Edwardsville with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Mark, his wife Tiffany, and three children live in Newton where he is active in his family's grain and livestock operation.
Sarah Horner, a 20-year Agracel veteran, has been named to the executive team as Chief Strategy Officer. Horner currently serves as the Marketing Manager for Agracel. As Chief Strategy Officer, she will work closely with senior management to develop the company's growth strategy and enhance Agracel's competitiveness. As CSO, Horner will work in tandem with the Agracel Business Development Team to monitor industry shifts, develop processes, and aid in designing ever-changing business development strategies. In addition, Horner will remain as director of all marketing operations.
Horner, also a native of Newton, is a graduate of the U of I with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She and her family reside on their farm in Newton where she, along with her husband Brad and sons, operate Horner Livestock.
