Effingham Fire Department Plans Santa Run December 18-19

The Effingham Fire Department has its plans in place for the 2023 Santa Run.

The jolly old elf will be out aboard a fire engine on Monday and Tuesday, December 18 and 19, from 6-8pm each night.

Santa being Santa, he will hit big parts of town each night. On Monday, it will be Wabash Avenue, north to Evergreen Avenue, west of 3rd Street; and Miracle Avenue, north to National Avenue, east of 3rd Street.

On Tuesday, Santa will travel along Evergreen Avenue, north to Rickelman Avenue, west of 3rd Street; and National Avenue, north to Silver Lake Subdivision, east of 3rd Street.
